February 22, 2015 — We are pleased to announce that we have been selected as a Wedding Wire Couples Choice Award winner for 2015.It is the third time in the past four years that we have been selected. This places us among the top five percent of vendors nationwide on the Wedding Wire Network. Thank you to all of our couples. their families and bridal parties who made this award possible. January 19, 2015 — We finished 2014 celebrating with Renee and Tim and filming their amazing wedding day! They have known each other since grade school and celebrated their marriage in front of family and friends in a beautiful ceremony at the Church 0f the Divine Child in Dearborn. We had filmed Renee’s sister Katie’s wedding two years ago and had a chance again to see old friends. The photo shoot took us to the Henry Ford Mansion where the surroundings left us overwhelmed with possibilities. We finished the day at Laurel Manor where great food, live music and some really amazing dancing left us wanting more. Renee and Tim thank you for allowing us to share in your special day and all the best for a lifetime of happiness.
December 30, 2014 — October is a beautiful month for weddings and we started the month filming Chelsie and Matt’s big day in style. The ceremony at the First Presbyterian Church in Pontiac, was both beautiful and heartfelt as Chelsie and Matt exchanged their vows in front of so many family and friends. After the wedding we headed to the Carriage House at Pine Knob, the gardens provided an amazing backdrop for our camera’s and left us wanting to do more. The reception was wonderful fun, a great venue, delicious food, amazing speeches and of course lots of music and dancing. We could not have asked for more! December 8, 2014 — Jamie and Matt exchanged their vows in a beautiful lakeside ceremony nestled in a quaint setting at the rustic Waldenwoods Conference Center in Livingston County. It was a our first journey back to Livingston this year and it was truly a breath taking ceremony featuring our first “selfie” taken by a bridal party prior to the conclusion of the ceremony. The reception was nothing but great food, fabulous music and some amazing dancing by the bride, her groom and their many guests. Jamie and Matt it was a pleasure to film your special day and all the best for what certainly will be an amazing future for you both!
November 10, 2014 — Our fall wedding schedule got off to a great start when we had the privilege of filming Nickie and Tim’s wedding day at the beautiful Pine Knob Carriage House. The festivities started with a sweet outdoor ceremony among family and friends which featured some special vows written by the couple. The photo shoot on the grounds of this amazing facility was nothing short of spectacular. When we moved inside for the reception, the ambiance, food, toasts and music kept our camera’s rolling into the night. Nickie and Tim you had a truly amazing day. October 20, 2014 — As our summer weddings came to an end we had the pleasure of filming Elizabeth and Jason’s wedding at the Church of the Divine Child in Dearborn Heights. It was a beautiful and very special ceremony featuring a touching rendition of “Ava Maria” by the grooms mother. It was an amazing moment completing a very special ceremony for the couple. The reception at the Dearborn Country Club featured a photo session on the golf course, Polish family traditions and topped off by a wonderful meal followed by live music as Elizabeth and Jason danced into the night. It truly was a wonderful day. Thank you Elizabeth and Jason for sharing it with us and we wish you all the best!
October 1, 2014 — As we finished up our summer weddings we had the pleasure of filming Jenna and Sal’s big day with a stunning ceremony at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Grosse Pointe. This is the same church where Clint Eastwood housed his crews and shot a number of scenes during the filming of “Grand Torino.” Jenna and Sal were surrounded by family and friends from near and far as they exchanged their vows. The photo/video shoot took place around the city of Detroit with stops which included that special park bench where Sal proposed to Jenna. The reception at MacRay Harbor in Harrison Township had a really cool nautical theme and the couples guests had a great time dancing the night away. Jenna and Sal you had an absolutely amazing day and we wish you all the best!
September 3, 2014 — Summer weddings are always spectacular and Amy and Bill’s was no exception. We began the day with Amy and her attendants, getting ready in Amy’s home while Bill and his groomsmen were doing likewise. The wedding took place at Old St. Mary’s Catholic Church, still one of the prettiest church’s in downtown Detroit. The service was both poignant and moving as the couple exchanged their vows in front of family and friends. The photo session featured some of Detroit’s best and favorite landmarks. Our day finished at Glen Oaks Country Club in Farmington Hills where everyone was treated to amazing food and drinks and we had an opportunity to film the band Collision 6 as they rocked the night away with some incredible music! July 28, 2014 — As spring turned to summer we had the pleasure of filming Lauren and Ryan’s wedding at the Berean Baptist Church in Novi. We had filmed Lauren’s sisters wedding at the very same church four years ago and it continues to be a wonderful experience. The ceremony was beautiful, thoughtful and filled with love as the couple exchanged their vows in front of family and friends. The reception at the Henry Ford Museum’s Lovett Hall, was grand with photos on the grounds and in the museum. The party went on into the night as Lauren, Ryan and their guests danced the night away. It was an amazing day filled with faith and love. Lauren and Ryan we wish you all the best!
July 9, 2014 — Ally and Adam celebrated their special day in front of family and friends at the beautiful St. John’s Chapel in Plymouth. The ceremony was a special testament to the couples love in an environment that only St. John’s can provide. Shooting photo’s and video in downtown Plymouth was exciting and fast moving, it also gave us a chance to work with our favorite photographers, Samantha and Brian from “A Thousand Words”. Back at St. John’s, the reception in the Grand Ballroom got off to a rollicking start with music from 50 Amp Fuse still one of the best wedding bands we have had the pleasure of working with. Dinner, dancing and music went on into the night and provided a high energy send off to a wonderful couple. Ally and Adam your wedding day was truly amazing and you have our fondest wishes for a lifetime of happiness.
